The best I could put together was to filter the returned values using the
fields command:

http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/default/?prettyprint=true&kind=album&v=2&fields=entry[gphoto:albumType='InstantUpload']

Otherwise, no, there isn't a good way to get all those photos together.
