I guess what I'm saying is, why doesn't Google update the automaticially 
generated code for when Picasa exports a slideshow, to something that works 
more universally than SWF, such as HTML-5.  

What Picasa is essentially implying by this oversight is that it's not a good 
enough product to use for the millions of mac IOS users, since none of its 
slideshows appear.  

Its integration with Google Plus! is also a bit jarbled and could use 
improvement.  Lastly, the limited capacity is also a hindrance when compared to 
other social networking / life scrapbooking databases.  

They could buy it from the SlideMyPics guy for cheaper than it would be to hire 
a team to design it.  

Or they could buy it from the SlidemyPics guy and hire a team and make it 
better.
