Hello,

I recently experienced a problem when trying to get the recently uploaded
photos of some person a user follows.
The problem appears when the person a user is following uploads a new photo
into a new album.

The Picasa Web Album web interface does not allow to create a new empty
album. Instead, one has to first choose a photo to upload
and after provide the name for the new album. At this moment the new photo
will not be included into the recently uploaded photo feed.
One has to edit the properties of the new album and set its visibility to
public. Now, that the album is public the only photo it contains should be
a part of the recently uploaded photo feed. However, that is not the case
and the feed does not provide any information about the new photo.

What's even stranger is that this problem does not apply to photos added to
the new album after it was once set to public.
In other words, the feed is going to provide all the photos added to the
new album after it was set to public. However, the initial photo will
remain missing.

Could you please help me with this problem ?

Thank you very much for you time.

Milan.
