Dear Google, We provide an application that can synchronize images between Picasa web album and local image database by using Picasa Web Albums Data API Version 2.0. Some users reported that this functionality does not work arround 4/19 and work properly by using another google account. And we can not identify the reason that specific google accounts cause problem because this problem does not occur on our google accounts.
