Hello, I'm trying to figure out a way to search another user's photos by tags but it seems impossible to do. I've been trying to get it to work with:
http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/*{userID}*/albumid/ *{albumID}*?kind=photo&tag=test so it works with my photos when I'm logged into my account but if I use a different userID and their albumID that I want to search, it just returns the album details and nothing else.
