[PWA API] Re: Looking for Perl example of OAuth 2.0

Progress, but still no success. I'm trying to use a service account to add 
a tag to a photo in my own Picasaweb album. My code is below. The error I 
get is:
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
...
Not authorized to modify this resource.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
