It seems that any kind of community search returns very few results, no
matter how generic or specific the query is. For e.g.:

http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/all?q=toyota&max-results=200&kind=photo

Returns 63 results, even though the totalResults field in the result says
132677 were found. Changing start-index or max-results has no effect. It's
not like there are only 63 public images in all of Picasa with "Toyota" in
the filename or tags... you can do other searches that will return
different images that should have been in this search. In fact, if you take
any public image from a random persons public photos and try to do a
community search for it, chances are you won't find it.

Is there a trick to getting a useful number of results out of the community
search?
