Hello again! Looks like I've found the solution: Picasa server wrongly handles the request which contains cookies. It tries to use them but it shouldn't do it. Solution on your side: clear IE cache. Solution for PicasaWeb plugin developer: use INTERNET_FLAG_NO_COOKIES flag when calling InternetOpenUrl. Solution for Google: ?
