I had an account on Picasa. I had it since about 2005 or so and it had heaps of pics of my children growing up. I trusted Picasa would always be there so when life got busy, I didnt access it for a while. Now I cant even get in because I used to log in with hotmail. I dont mind changing my login details, but I cant get in at all with hotmail!!
I have looked for all the information about this and done the things people recommended but it always goes back to gmail. Help!!
