Hey Jay,

I'm assuming you're using the list feed, but am unsure because your entry
contains rowCount/colCount, which are part of the worksheets feed (e.g. you
could be trying to add an empty row to a sheet.)

Your POST entry should read:
<entry xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom";
    xmlns:gsx="http://schemas.google.com/spreadsheets/2006/extended";>
  <gsx:hours>1</gsx:hours>
  <gsx:ipm>1</gsx:ipm>
  <gsx:items>60</gsx:items>
  <gsx:name>Elizabeth Bennet</gsx:name>
</entry>

No gs: or rowCount/colCount.

Thanks,
-Vic
