Hi, Currently we use InfoPath 2007 to create forms (ex. survey) for our staff to complete and this information is used to populate a list on SharePpint. THese custom lists display data and can be used to create visuals uning variou lists in SharePoint.
My idea was to create a survey form end users can complete only if they are given the permission to access the form and have the data it collects be used to populate a list on SharePoint. This list would then populate a KPI list. The form would collect data on the all levels of staff's progress on their goals and send that data to KPI lists to show a visual representation as each form is submitted. Is it possible to use Google forms and spreadsheets to send data to a sharepoint list or is this a function that is InfoPath specific? Google's form creator is much more user friendly for staff to create. Since we have a small IT staff it would be ideal if they could create the form and the KPi losts and all we had to do is make the back end connections. Let me know if you would like more information.
