How should we add the comment for the particular cell using google spreadsheet api?

 I want to add comment for the cell in google spreadsheet using google 
spreadsheet api.

 If you have google spreadsheet in your account , then you can add comment 
for the particular cell via Insert Menu --> comment --> then you can add it 
manually.

How should we can do this using google spreadsheet api? Can anyone help me?
