It's nice that there are plans for an newer and better API. Seeing as how an increasingly large number of bug-reports and feature-requests now say simple "we will/might address this in a future API", can we users please be told some details about it? To wit:
1. When will it be ready? 2. What features will it have? 3. Is or will there be a public draft of the specification for user comment? 4. Will it be a "Beta" API or a production one? 5. Will it be based on GData v2? sincerely, David Bullock.
