I've got a client asking for something I've never heard of before, and I'm
wondering if Google Spreadsheets might be the way to go with this.

They are a small manufacturer with a limited distribution network, so they
want to put a form on their sheet that interested prospective consumers
could fill out. When the user submits the form,2 things should happen:

   1. The user's data gets written to a spreadsheet, and
   2. The user gets back a PDF populated with their submitted data that
they can print off and hand to a retailer that will help the retailer get
   the product into their stores.

I figure step one should be simple enough, but can Spreadsheets do step 2
as well? If not a PDF, can it send them to a printer-friendly HTML page
with the same data?

Just curious. I've never developed for Spreadsheets before, so I'm just
trying to get up to speed on the basic concepts before I get back to my
client with anything final.
