Hello, I am making a spreadsheet in Google to create a running log of manufacturing. I have an area where a user can input data in a table or chart, next to a button. I would like this button to run a script to take the data and create a new line with a specific ID in a log of events. Basically, I would like help developing a script to get data from an area and copy that information in a new line with a number, then reset the data in the entry area. any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
