Just downloaded Google Sheets to my new IPad and tried puttting a spreadsheet together. I need to have several columns where formulas are needed. When I attempt to type in an EQUAL SIGN (i.e. "=") i get an "#ERROR!" in the cell instead. I open the "cell" label on top of the spread sheet and go to "Format", but there is no sub-menu for math. I tried "number" "Scientific" etc. ,but no joy.Can anyone shed lighton my issue...Thanks
