Hi LauraBeth, thanks for responding! That's why I requested a public method, I don't want to have to grant access, but unfortunately the public request doesn't return the cell formulas.
public/full returns: Bad or unsupported projection for this type of operation. It looks like there's only public/basic, and public/values, neither of which return formulas.
