I’m annoyed with Zoho CRM (our current solution) and the other free/cheap apps I’ve research. I’m having to build training docs, and we only have 2 sales interns; it’s ridiculous haha. A well-integrated Gsheet might be all we need for quite a while, but the API integrations would likely take me at least a caffeine bender and a loong weekend to build as I haven’t cut my teeth on Gsheet scripting yet.
