I have a doc that is used for my work. I have to create a new tab each month and start over. We have several tabs with several months and within each month are hundreds of comments. What I need to do is create a new sheet simply for keeping our archived months. I can't just start a new doc because we need to be able to access the previous two months at all times. Of course, I am unable to cut and paste the sheets because I lose all of the comments. Is there a way to "split" the doc and preserve the comments or to copy it into a new doc? Please advise.
