What I am trying to do is to take a fixed date, i.e. G3 = 5/20/2014, and
add 6 months to it, but continuously. Therefore after G3 = 11/20/2014 has
passed the date would be updated to G3 = 5/20/2015.

I am currently using: =edate(year(TODAY())+(TEXT(G3,"mm/dd")-5),-60) The
"-5" is to roll the day to the correct position, i.e. "20" and the "-60" is
to roll the year to 2015. But it does not update to a future date, so it is
basically useless as I have to update it manually for every event.

I've tried =DATE( YEAR(G3) , MONTH(G3)+6 , DAY(G3), but that does not roll
the dates automatically to a future date.

Thanks in advance
