I'm building an application with Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets
integration in C# .NET. Here is the scenario:
I have two spreadsheets on my Drive: A and B. Each of them contain a
worksheet called 'log'. A's log is more up-to-date than B's log, so I want
to replace the log in spreadsheet B with the log in spreadsheet A.

Deleting the old worksheet in B is easy.
Adding a new, blank worksheet to B is easy.
Renaming the blank worksheet is easy.
Transferring the data to the new worksheet is tricky. It is possible to
iterate through the data on the old worksheet, and insert it into the new
worksheet, but this operation can become very expensive as the size of the
worksheet grows.

Is there an efficient way to transfer this data? I would imagine that there
should a way to assign a worksheet a new 'parent' spreadsheet, which should
be quite an inexpensive operation.

Please share some wisdom or experience
Thanks
