Hi, I'm trying to set up google sheets api, but I'm running into trouble with their quickstart guide ( https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/quickstart/js). All the links that I click on to try to enable to api, create an api key, etc. say, "Couldn't Initialize. A network error occurred and the request could not be completed." I've also had trouble setting up a google cloud services account. I'd get to the end of the sign up process and then the form would load indefinitely.
