Do the googletalk 0.3 support the "relay server" function ?
I see the changelog of version 0.4:
0.4.0
* File transfer support
* Protocol updates
* Proxy detection
* Relay server support
* Many other assorted changes
now ,i am using verion 0.3 as the research, do I need change to
0.4?
