OK, I understand the whole Jingle Audio (and/or video) session negotiation dance, but...
How do you finally indicate to the "other end" what you are definitively going to send? Each side advertises what it can accept, but as far as I can tell, each side continues to acknowlege the set of possible codecs, and there's no message where each end specifically says, "OK, _this_ is what I'm going to start sending". ... or am I missing something?
