mediastream go without server, but control stream do. because gtalk
uses protocol XMPP, on which control stream

must go throng XMPP server. gtalk has its own XMPP server, but you can
also build your own XMPP server and use S2S

component to connect to gtalk.

  btw , jingle is client-side protocol.
