Hi Everyone I am very new at this, which will probably be apparent. I am having difficulty opening a zip file from an email.
The message I keep getting when I try to extract it is "file skipped unknown compression method" or: when I try to copy or move the file to my documents, I get a msg. " target cannot handle this type of document" If anyone has any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong or something else I might try, I would be very grateful.
