It seems that the problem is now solved for all my domains but one (of course, the main one, fritalk.com).
My interpretation is that Google update its DNS very slowly. Because there is much redundancy, sometime you connect to a google talk server with updated DNS, sometime not and then Gmail send response to your old IP. It would explain a lot of the problem.
