SAP FI-HR Senior Programmer/Analyst.
Miami, FL.
1 Year Contract.

Qualifications

 *   At least 5 years experience as an ABAP FI, SRM and HR Senior 
Programmer/Analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP 
implementation
 *   Solid SAP development experience utilizing ABAP, ABAP Objects and ABAP 
Webdynpros
 *   SAP E-Recruiting (BSPs programming, Smartforms), TREX and KPRO 
configuration is a plus
 *   Strong experience developing interfaces using ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, BDCs and 
interfacing with middleware products like XI and Informatica
 *   Developing Classical, Interactive, ALV reports and dialog programs
 *   Experience researching and coding User Exits, Customer Exits, BTEs 
(Business Transaction Events), BADIs and enhancements spots
 *   Experience with conversions using LSMWs.
 *   Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0.
 *   Public Sector and Concurrent Employment experience.
 *   Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP 
Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable
 *   Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
 *   Ability to write detailed technical specifications
 *   Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions
 *   Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate 
effectively
 *   Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a 
variety of business and technical partners
Responsibilities

 *   Analyze, design, develop, test and document FI and HR FRICEW assigned 
objects
 *   Assist functional teams to create functional specifications incorporating 
best practices
 *   Liaison with the functional and business teams to discuss, design and 
build robust/efficient solutions
 *   Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional 
teams
 *   Create technical specifications based on the functional specifications
 *   Test and support of complex SAP ABAP programming solutions to meet 
requirements
 *   Document every step according to the project adopted standards
 *   Build solutions in FI (FM, GM, PR, SRM) and HR (OM, PA, E-Recruiting) 
according to business requirements
 *   Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process
 *   Assist in gap analysis between requirement and SAP functionality, review 
and adopt new functionality in SAP
 *   Review process requirements and suggest further enhancements and 
improvements where possible
 *   Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review 
data requirements with functional team
 *   Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications
 *   Assist and coordinate with Applications Development offshore additional 
developers
 *   Receive and resolve programming defects and/or change requests
