Hi all - I thank each of you for taking time to provide some feedback - even if just to commiserate. :-\
I think the best course for me is to attempt the contact method and see what I get. I will be continuing to push on this issue, as my client is a well-known, global philanthropic organization who strongly desires to be in the Cause library - the critical requirement is to have the "Donate Now" link on their theme - without that, having a theme is meaningless. I highly value the input from my peers - you folks - so I thank each you again for taking time to read and add to this thread...
