I tried these meta tags i  header section of some HTML-pages :

META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"
META HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"

(enclosed in brackets)

I have indications this solves the problem of translations not getting
updated.

Bu I am not sure this is coicidence. Someone else please put thids to
test.
