The Toronto website is effectively just linking to a Google
Translation of their site.  This is absolutely fine.

They are missing 18 languages however, so while the custom look is
nice, it may miss out on new features where the Google Translate
gadget, available at http://translate.google.com/translate_tools,
should stay up to date.
