Sounds like you're getting annoyed by the Translation auto-popup
banner than many users are installing on their sites.
We're working on a solution where we use a cookie to keep track of the
languages for which you have closed the banner, and you do not use it.
For those languages we'll remember you don't need the banner and we'll
stop showing it to you.
We'll try to get this fixed as soon as possible.
