None Google Translate shifts down my relatively positioned content

Google Translate Shifts down my relatively positioned content.  This
wouldn't be that big of a problem if I didn't have an animation which
relies on the top of the page being filled with a DIV with a white
background.  Does anyone know how to get around this so that my page
will not be shifted down?  An example of this troublesome code can be
