Is there a Google Translate pop up? If Google has a pop up somewhere
why not just block pop ups? I've never seen a pop up from Google! I
get a top bar similar to Google searches because I included a Google
toolbar in my browser and have it set to reveal translation for
anything that isn't English. If anything I'd like the reveal foreign
text to work on more forms of media, with or without my consent (per
click) for the most possible language interchange.

[The bigger privacy issue is whether a foreigner is allowed to read
because previously the language barriers enabled slight indoctrination
if not total, which therefore contradicts the right to privacy by
checking for allegiance to that language nation. Isn't keeping non
linguists out a method of apartheid and protectionism; fun spoiler
being what then?]
