Ubi est grammaticam? For emphasis I can say Gramaticam ubi est, just
as I can say Palestinium colonus interfectit. I think you should get
some Arabic grammar as well.

To me the urgent thing is a grammatical translator - Like MOLTO.
Statistical translation is NOT a multilingual solution. Look how were
you taught when you learnt Spanish, or whatever your first 2L was?
