That is probably what I will do, but it is hardly the point. In fact I have a Java program which will read clipboards and do quite a bit of the work for me. I am in fact writing an alternative translation system.
The main point and one which I have laboured on time and time again with different languages is that Google has turned away from traditional linguistics. I learnt French, German and Latin at school and I learnt a grammatical basis. OK if a word occurs many times in a billion word corpus you might not need morhology as each combination of prefixes and suffixes will occur somewhere. Look if you have an Arabic English dictionary or even a monolingual Arabic dictionary, this information is given to you. All Google has to do is digitise an Arabic (monolingual) dictionary.
