Is there a special encoding for an English to Russian translation?
Here is a code snippet:
result = doc.DocumentNode.SelectSingleNode("//
textar...@name='utrans']").InnerText;
The result variable returns garbled text. (Not in Russian!)
The code works for French, German, and Italian.
