I travel a bit. Sometimes I'm in Thailand, sometimes in Portugal, sometimes in Italy.
Odds are, where I am - SHOULD be the default "from" language. Why does if just default to Spanish when I'm in Thailand? As the IP address clearly puts me in Thailand, why would I want Spanish as the default. And odds are, when I'm in Thailand, I'm cutting and pasting something in Thai to the language translation. Same applys to other countries and languages. Just a suggestion - default "from" should be based on where you are. I'll also add, that since I accessed the Google Translator via the English Google page, the default "to" should be English... Other users who access the translator page from the Thai version of the Google page, should have the default "to" language in Thai... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "General" group.
