I seem to have this problem too. I briefly changed my Gmail language to Lithuanian for another user (selecting "yes" when it asked to change languages to all Google services), and changed it back to English UK (clicking "yes" again) shortly afterwards. The next time I tried to use Google Translate, a few days later, the interface was in Lithuanian, which I can't read! All other Google sites are in English for me, only Google Translate seems to be in LT.... and I can't find a way to change it back.
