Hi, We asked the question about two weeks ago but no answer from anyone yet. We made a mistake translating offers which upon re-reading the terms is not permitted if they are a whole page. We realised what the mistake was and have corrected it. However since being suspended we can not use the translate API at all on our site anymore. Can someone tell us if we can be un-suspended and if so, how long it takes for this to happen?
