Hi Patrick, I don't know of any explicit mapping, but on Google Translate we do support a "allow phonetic typing" feature, where you should be able to type phonetically how a word sounds and we'll render it in Arabic script.
Alternatively, we hava a virtual keyboard for Arabic which will allow you to type as if you were using an Arabic keyboard. Hope that helps.
