In the UAE, Google seems to be blocking Arabic phonetic typing in
Google Translate.

Someone suggested I go directly to google.com/transliterate, but
Google rejected all my attempts to access transliteration from English
to Arabic as spam, without the CAPTCHA option.

Almost all users in the UAE must share a real IP address with 255
other users, and viruses are common among computers here, so getting a
CAPTCHA is common when trying to use any Google tool here, but when
Google rejects without a CAPTCHA option, the situation is hopeless,
and that seems to be what's happening with Arabic phonetic typing.

However, Chinese phonetic typing works in the UAE.

So I have no idea what's going on.
