I would really like to hear from a member of the Google team about this too.
I have scoured the net for information about this, but the only Terms and Conditions I can find are for use of the Google Translate API. This wouldn't apply to me because I don't want to use the API on my (paid) site. I just want to be able to open links to Google Translate in a new window.
