Just a suggestion, and I see it has been discussed before, but I'm
also wondering if there is some way to get an answer as to what
features are planned for Google Translate, and when we can expect to
see them.

Anyway...here's what Google Translate needs...

1. I want to be able to open an app on my Nexus S (in any country),
point the camera at a word (in a book, on a computer screen, on a
sign, on a menu, on a contract, etc, etc) (in the same way that the
bar code reader reads bar codes), and see the translation results of
that word - i.e. output language with TTS.

2. I want to be able to say something in my language, have it
recognized, translated, and verbalized in an output language.

So...when can I expect this? (lol)

Seriously, is there a place where we can see which "future features"
are under consideration / in development?

I'd love to be able to sort a list of planned features by such things
as
- user preference / priority
- estimated availability date
- etc.
