For the attention of the developers (I hope this is the correct place to
report these things; a Google search suggested that this is the only
option, but if there is a better one, please let me know):

I was trying to translate a page on my old university's website -
http://www.er.uqam.ca/nobel/r14310/Guide/index.html - from French to
English, and I noticed that Chrome (13.0.782.215) on OS X failed to
translate the page at all; it said that it *had* (saying that it had
translated from French to English, offering to Show Original, etc), but the
text remained in French. Right clicking the text showed that the "Translate
to English" option was greyed out. I then went to the Google Translate
website (translate.google.com) and entered the web address of the site
there. Upon clicking translate the top frame with the Google Translate
controls appeared, but the bottom frame was completely blank. Viewing the
original left the bottom frame blank as well. The same problem occurred
with Safari (5.1 (7534.48.3).

I'm guessing something on the page is fooling Translate, and I thought you
might like to know about it. Thanks!
