Een opmerking over het woordenpaar Nederlands naar Frans: Uitwijden (Ned.) = élaborer (Frans). Dit is niet correct, het Nederlandse woord zou uiteraard 'uitweiden' moeten zijn - met een korte ei in plaats van een lange ij. Voor het Nederlandse 'uitwijden' geeft Van Dale als omschrijving, wijder maken, als in De trui wordt uitgewijd. Als je als Nederlands woord intypt 'uitweiden' krijg je in het Frans = disserter. Dit is wel correct.
