Yes, it is hard. Turkish is a language with subject - object - verb
structure, we know this is hard for them. If the verb appears more
than eight words (or word parts maybe) from the subject, the
translator needs some sort of technical workaround. They developed one
for German (which has the same problem of verbs at the end), and the
German translation is still poorer than for instance the French.
Probably they need a different one for Turkish, and have not developed
one which works well enough.

Turkish is also strongly agglutinative, which would also pose special
challenges.
