As long as I can recall Google Translate having existed, it's long
been a comical favorite of mine when showing an inexperienced web-user
a quick tour of the internet, it's services, and applications, to ask
Google Translate to translate "pop tart" from Eng to Spa. This
promptly returned to me "Estallido Agrio". "OK, So what?" you say?
Well, let's translate that BACK to Eng. What the?! "Bitter
Outbreak" ??!?!??!!!??!? LOL!!!

And for quite some time, things were good and I could use this source
of comedy quickly, and conveniently.

Then today came...

As usualy, I was showing someone some of "my favorite funny things on
the internet" and everything was going fine, the stickdeath.com was
perfect, the goatse.cx generated some guffaws, a brief tour through
bmezine.com generated some pale faces and shocked expressions, but
then came the Google Translate gag. I chuckled to myself as I typed
the last "T" in "TART" having performed this gag thousands of times
before, only to have Google Translate now return to me, "tarta del
estallido"

I just about cried...

Ah well, "Suggest a better translation" you say, eh? Yes, I think I
will *clicky*

*typing* ESTALLIDO AGRIO *clicky*

;DDDDD
