The current version of the map, only fires (and accept) column events, which
means that it is triggered when the user selects a new tab, and also the
selected tab can be programatically set.
There is still no support for country selection, but it is in our task list
for this map.

The max size of the map is 440 X 220 (which is also the default size). We
will improve the docs to explicitly state this point.
