scaleColumns configuration option is an array of numbers and not of the
column ids (
http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html#Configuration_Options
).
0 refers to the first data series, and so on.
So in this case you should specify:
scaleColumns: [0, 1]
